The word

"Ashke" is what you say when someone does something so well you can't help it.

It is admiration you feel in your chest before it reaches your mouth.

Ashke began in Ludhiana in 2019 as a folk dance and music academy — bhangra, dhol, tumbi, voice — built by Supneet Singh on one belief: that Punjabi culture is a living practice, not a costume.

The gym is the same belief applied to the body. Strength, discipline and rhythm are folk traditions too. The akhara sat next to the bhangra ground long before either had a logo. That floor is being built now, in the same building.

Two wings, one word. You earn it the same way in both rooms.
